CBSE has finally conducted the UGC NET Examination on 20th Dec and 27th Dec for various subjects all over the country. So as the exam is over, candidates will be checking their marks to get an estimate of the score. Now, after checking they have started the search for the CBSE UGC NET Cut Off Marks 2015. So here are the exact CBSE UGC NET Cut Off Marks 2015 Category Wise for General (Unreserved), SC/ ST/ OBC.

CBSE UGC NET Cut Off Marks Dec 2015 Category Wise:

Central Board Of Secondary Education has finally been done with the National Eligibility Test. The announcement of the CBSE UGC NET Result Dec 2015 will take some time but till then candidates want to get an idea of the status. Thus, they have calculated the approx. marks that they will be scoring in the NET 2015 Examination. Now all the candidates are anxious to know will they be passing the examination or not.

Every candidate in order to pass the examination will need to score the minimum marks decided by the board. The CBSE has already decided the CBSE UGC NET Cut Off Marks Dec 2015 for every category. So here are the CBSE UGC NET Cut Off marks 2015 for 27th December 2015 Exam:

OBC (Non-creamy layer) PWD/SC/ST 35 35 40

The total number of minimum required marks for Paper I, II and III are 100, 100, and 150 respectively. Thus, in Paper I, and II, you will require 40 marks (35 for OBC, PwD, SC, and ST) out of 100 and in Paper III you will require 75 marks (60 marks for OBC, PwD, SC, and ST).

The Number of Question that were asked in Paper I were 60 out of which 50 question were compulsory to attend. In Paper II 50 questions were asked and in Paper III 75 questions were asked.

CBSE UGC NET Selection Procedure:

A merit list will be prepared subjectwise and category-wise using the aggregate marks of all the three papers secured by such candidates. This list will only be created for the candidates who passes the NET Examination. The top 15% candidates (for each subject and category), from the merit list will be declared NET qualified for eligibility for Assistant Professor only. There will be a separate merit list for the award of JRF.
